VaporTech VTi-Series™ PVD coating machines make it easy for manufacturers to bring PVD in-house.

VaporTech's coating machines use a centrally mounted coating source with parts that rotate around the perimeter of a large, actively cooled chamber. In addition, the VT-1500i system is available with up to 2 additional magnetron sputtering sources for a wider range of performance and specialty coatings.

The systems have a small footprint and are simple to install and operate. They come in three sizes for all sizes of operations.

Industries and applications include engine parts and automotive trim, medical devices, cutting tools, molds & dies, precision components, among others.
